Rain City Maids is the highest-rated and fastest-growing house cleaning service in the Seattle area. Customers love our professional and friendly customer service. We are a small company that is growing rapidly and there are opportunities for growth in this role. We've been around for over 8 years with three locations and more coming soon.
We are looking for an individual to join our office who is friendly, energetic, professional and dependable. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who are looking for a house cleaning service. You will also be providing excellent support to current clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist employees in the field with any client concerns.

Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and information to new clients
- Follow up on quote requests
- Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, text, website chat
- Schedule house cleaning service for clients
- Contact clients after service to ensure satisfaction
- Reach out to past clients to schedule service
- Act as liaison between clients and staff in the field
- Achieve monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience (phone sales required, preferably selling similar services)
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Desire to be a part of a growing company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
